Personal check with coupon: send your maintenance check with the coupon in the envelope provided. The address of the bank is on the coupon, so all you need to do is make sure the address is visible through the envelope window. Please make your check payable to RACQUET CLUB GARDEN APTS 20N CONDOS.

 Online Bill Payments: If you are using an online bill payment service from your bank, please make sure to change the mailing address of your payment on your system to the address below. You will not use the coupon as these checks are mailed directly to SouthState from the bill payment service. The new address is:
